Abdulhusein Meheraly Thariani (3 April 1905 – 30 December 1972) was a pioneer among Pakistan’s first group of formally qualified architects. One of his best-known creations is the Baitul Mukarram (National Mosque of Bangladesh) in Dhaka. His works are displayed in three major cities across three nations: Mumbai in India, Karachi in Pakistan, and Dhaka in Bangladesh.
